IT’S ALMOST CHRISTMAS

 

First I want to wish each and everyone of you a very very MERRY CHRISTMAS….I hope that your day is filled with much joy, surrounded by much Love and that surprises fill your day!!!!
Our Christmas will be very quiet—I managed to get my daughter and Allen a few things—I think that will be very Happy!!!

I have been living with A LOT of stress lately—it just seems to be getting worse and worse---so that is why I have been pretty quiet lately…. but I have found when I am stressed—I just plug into Pandora (which I highly recommend)and digitally paint.
I am not by any means a professional artist—but I am really enjoying the process. So here is a “painting” that I finished this past week…I do like the way it came out.

I absolutely love the blues in it…..Would love to know what you all think about it!!!
Anyway---again I just wanted to get on Long Enough to wish you all a VERY BLESSED AND MERRY CHRISTMAS…..

LITE PINK ROSE—SOFTENED

I tried a new technique in my digital painting adventures—adding a softened look---I still don't know what to think about it…but I am sharing it here---

I like it –but I think I can sharpen it up a bit!!!!
Just wanted to share something I was being creative with.

WORKING ON SOME DIGITAL ART

I am still working on my digital art—slowly but surely I am painting a lil bit every evening---I am not pushing it too much…but I am happy with the results…here is the newest one I finished:

Believe it or not---the painting starts out the size of my puter screen…but I resize it to a size that i can use for other things such as gift cards and things….It took me several weeks to complete this one…it really was large and a lot of shadows and such to do.

I am really happy with the way it turned out…the more I do –the better they seem to be getting…

CATCHING UP

First and foremost----I WILL NEVER FORGET…..

Today always makes me sad---just all that pain and insanity and loss---

Every day I have been spending a bit of time working on my digital painting and have finished another piece that i really like this time around---let me know what you think……

The painting makes me happy----so that gives me the motivation to just keep on going!!!!

Life again has become too chaotic here---the house is under construction and I am at the point I dont even want to live here anymore----I am so hoping some prayers get answered and all this gets fixed---it is just a mess!!!  I just wanted to say a quick hello and fill you all in on what is going on---be back soon—I promise!!!

A PEEK AT MY ART

I mentioned yesterday that I have been working on ideas --- touching bases back with my art…. So I thought I would show you a piece I recently finished---would love feedback if you want…

I Love how bright the flowers are----I digitally painted this using a mouse only-----I am still very critical of myself because i really don’t want to make mistakes—but i am learning to move with the mistakes----and be happy with them.

I seem to be drawn to painting flowers----so that is where I am happiest right now---and that gives me the motivation to keep moving forward with it!!!!
